How much space do I need?

When we bring the party to you we only need enough room on the floor for the children to sit comfortably.

Will there be a mess?
​

Our staff arrives ready to deal with any mess that might occur but we rarely have any to worry about.  When we leave we will make sure that there is no mess left behind.  If you worried consider hosting your event at out location and then the entire thing will be stress free.

Where is The Zoo Crew facility?
 

Our facility is in Osgoode, just minutes south of Manotick or Riverside South. We are on the lower level of Osgoode Veterinary Services and you enter our facility by using the side door marked The Zoo Crew and coming downstairs.

How long does it take to get set up?
 

Our staff will arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your event start time and set up will take just a few minutes so that they are ready to go at your booked time.

Do you have printable invitations?
 

We do! You can download them HERE

Are your programs available in French?
​
We offer programs in both official languages. You can request a French or bilingual even when filling in a booking request.
